Google never steps down from its innovations which are why it is important to ensure that you keep track of the latest ones that they are rendering and focusing on. It is important to ensure that you do focus on the fact that Google is adding a new function to play, pause or even skip through the audio or the videos on the toolbar on the Chrome browser.
The same is currently only available in the Canary development browser and hasn’t been officially launched because of the bugs that they are experiencing with the same. This is one of the nifty new features which are set to come around with a button as well as a drop-down menu with the necessary actions as mentioned.
This is going to pan out as a useful feature mainly because of the fact that it will bring around better ease with the navigation and the user interface where the users won’t have to close a tab to get the job done.
In one of the reports issued by ZDnet, they suggested saying that the feature isn’t working the best right now and does need better improvements for it to be launched officially. It tends to crash every time a user tries to pause the video. Some of the sites that this feature currently works on include Vimeo, Apple Podcasts and even Spotify.
They further emphasized stating that they still aren’t sure when the feature is going to be released, but it is pretty sure that the users are most definitely going to love this new addition following the introduction of the muting functions last year.
